Hello, I'm Sushi

Please welcome to the hotel Sushi an approximately 4-5 year old Staffy.

Sushi sadly arrived in our care as an unclaimed stray however, she is now ready to search for her forever home.

Sushi finds kennel life very difficult, so has recently upgraded to office manager where she is much more settled and is enjoying receiving one to one attention.

She is truly a typical happy Sraffy who adores people and companionship although, she is quite timid and unsure on first meets, but soon warms up once she trusts and receives some tssty treats.

This being the case, Sushi would be best suited to a quiet, pet free home with someone home most of the day and sensible older children (14+) who have bull breed experience.

Her new family will need to be patient and allow her to come around in her own time. They will also need to help build her confidence, commit to continue working on her canine social skills and gradually increase the time she is comfortable being left on her own through positive reward based training methods or classes.

She is very responsive to people and food which will be a helpful tool to use during her ongoing training.

Once established, Sushi will make a  lovely companion. She is such a sweet, laid back lady who will easily fit into any patient and understanding home with time.
