Introducing this duo of beautiful pocket bullies, Wednesday & Hester! These young girls arrived in our care as strays. Upon arrival they were severely underweight , riddled with fleas and had some skin issues. It’s clear that neither of the pair have ever known a loving home that all dogs should know. They were both nervous when they arrived but despite all of this they greeted us with affection and a waggy tail.
Wednesday (merle) is the more reserved of the two girls , she takes a little longer to come out her shell and trust. However once the trust is there she is extremely affectionate , she loves to cuddle up next to you and will never turn down a butt scratch! Wednesday enjoys slow strolls down the river with her sister and has met some horses on her walks who she really wanted to befriend ! She will require training to help build her confidence and general doggie manners.
Hester (tan) is the more confident of the two! She greets everyone with a big kiss and cuddles and likes to Trot along on her daily walks and watch the world go by. Hester is also very affectionate and likes to curl up on your lap after a long walk, she too will never turn down a butt scratch ! Hester will require training to help build her doggie manners and socialising skills.
These girls are not required to be rehomed together .
Depending on introductions done at the centre Wednesday and Hester could possibly live with:
- Cats
- Calm children of all ages
- Wednesday can and would benefit from living with other dogs however Hester is best suited to being an only dog.
If your application is successful you will be invited to meet Wednesday and Hester. If you do not hear anything within 7 days please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
