Meet pugsley the handsome American bulldog X pup. Pugsley arrived in our care as a stray and is now looking for a forever family.
Pugsley is a very loving boy who is happy to just be alive! He sees the world as his oyster and is ready to take on any day with a bounce in his step. As he is still just a puppy he has the tendencies that come with this too, he has a very bouncy nature and will need to attend training classes to teach him basic obedience and manners. Pugsley is a very bright boy and has lots of motivation so he should take to this with no problem!
Pugsley enjoys long walks with our volunteers down to the bay to watch all the swans, he has shown good leash walking skills and has no qualms about anything that passes by. Once Pugsley has gotten over his initial excitement he is an amazing walker and would be a great pal for anyone that loves a hike. He is a super affectionate dog and loves to have cuddles and kisses with his trusted humans.
Depending on introductions at the centre pugsley could possibly live with:
- Cats
- An older dog of a similar energy
- Children 16+ that are bull breed savvy
If your application is successful you will be invited to meet Pugsley. If you do not hear anything within 7 days please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are unable to respond to everyone.
