Time to show a little R-E-S-P-E-C-T to our new staffy X girl, Aretha! This smiley 5-7
year old lady was brought into our care as a stray, she is now looking for her forever humans to cuddle up with. As you can see, our girl is very much overweight… so she is on a strict diet to get back into the fit bully shape she should be!
Aretha is such a lovely girl, she can put a smile on everyone’s face and quite literally light up a room! She absolutely adores human company and squishes her body up to her humans for fuss and loving. She also loves her walks with our volunteers and can truly get that step count in (but not without stopping every 10 minutes for cuddles..duh.)
She walks well on the lead and has good manners passing by other dogs.
She would like a home with owners that are committed to keeping up with her diet and basic training so that she can continue on her path to feeling fitter, healthier and comfortable in her day to day life. She could potentially live with children 10+ , dogs and cats depending on intros done at the centre :
