Please whisper a gentle hello to miss Marble. This little lady is approximately 3-4 years old. marble arrived in our care as a stray, she was understandably very confused about the situation and did take a while to settle in.
Marble has since started going for walks with our volunteers and staff, she is definitely growing in confidence as the days go by. When Marble arrived with us she was unable to walk properly due to a few of claws being over grown and unfortunately had become embedded in her pads. Since they have been trimmed she is doing much better. Understandably the pads will take time to heal and she does find them being cleaned a little overwhelming, she is learning that a supply of the good treats and lots of fuss definitely helps.
Marble is looking for a quiet home,She could potentially live with other neutered dogs of a calm nature that will help her adjust to her new life.
We would also be happy to introduce her to resident felines. Marble could possibly live with children 14+
All this will be based on introductions at the centre.
Marble would benefit from training classes to help build her confidence and develop her social skills further.
Knowledge of the brachycephalic breed is needed to make sure Marble is kept in tip top condition.
