Meet our own pocket Princess Harley-Rose. She is an exotic bully who is approximately 2 years old. Harley was carelessly dumped as a fake stray, she arrived in our care a very worried, shy girl.
Harley needed time to settle… getting used to her surroundings and carers was daunting for her. However she soon realised that she was safe and started to relax and become accepting of a little fuss and treats.

Harley can get a little overwhelmed with to much fuss and still struggles with anxiety. We have been working hard to help her enjoy it, this allows her to feel in control and not pushed. We simply let her come to us and fuss her for a few seconds, repeating the cycle of no touch unless asked & it’s working a treat. Harley is taking the baby steps method in her stride and has grown in confidence.

The out-side world is a big place for a little princess and harley is slowly learning to explore. She is not able to venture far at the moment as she gets worried. however she does like to people watch from afar in the estate to make sure they are all working hard.
Harley was very comfortable when she was able to go on an adventure to the enclosed field, she ran laps of fields and used all the different levels to jump on! She is a star that will require a quiet home where she is able to adjust at her own pace and not get over-whelmed.

Working on her walking skills and confidence to explore will also need to incorporated in her day to day life.
This girl needs a friend for life and in return you will get unlimited laughs and days full of unconditional love. Harley needs time, patience and space to zoom in safety.
Harley could potentially live with other neutered dogs of similar size.
We feel a adult only home will be best suited for her and we would also be happy to introduce resident felines.
All introductions will be carried out at our centre..
